Owiiiiiie!
Did about 4.75 km this morning --- IN THE DRIZZLING RAIN!
Today I learned that SORE NIPPLES SUCK! Because it was so cold I had a pair of raging nip-ons by about halfway through the run ---- which in turn became chafing nipples against my cold, damp, sports bra. Talk about painful!
I'm going to hop in the shower now to hopefully thaw out my poor nipples. Otherwise am feeling awesome though -- no soreness or problems to report.
